Farah Zahran
Farah is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor trained in Nepal and based in Cairo,Egypt.
She found her passion in practising and teaching yoga after it helped her achieve self-fulfillment by connecting to the universe.
She beleives that “You only need to have a body and a sense of commitment in order to practice yoga” .
Farah is specialized in Hatha yoga which employs a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, cleansing processes and mindful awareness of the physical and subtle bodies to prepare for contemplation and meditation.
